Managing Change

Success in today’s workplace often depends on a person’s ability to adjust to the increasingly rapid and demanding process of change.  Whether you initiate change or change is imposed on you, everyone needs to deal with it. This program is designed to help participants move through the process of change in a positive manner.  Participants will understand the nature of change and its impact on them.  They will learn how to become change agents, take charge of change and avoid many of the stresses associated with the process.  

Participants will learn:

  • The dynamics of change
  • Why change will never go away
  • Your role in the changing workplace
  • The negative and positive effects of change
  • The skills needed to move through the change process
  • Dealing with resistance to change
  • Eliminating the fear of change
  • Handling the stress of change
  • Reinforcing and supporting positive behavior change

Who Should Attend:  Managers, supervisors, team leaders and employees, who must implement or deal with the effects of change in their work environment

Methodology:  This program utilizes video, group discussion, structured exercises, practice exercises, assessment tools and a question and answer segment.
